Once you're in, you're in.
Once you attend session 1, no refunds will be issued. Exception — if you paid in full and cancel at least 24 hours before session 5: refund of ฿1,800 (Group) / ฿2,500 (Private).

Missing a session Life happens
We can't hold spots or issue refunds for sessions you don't attend. No rescheduling. No exceptions.

Optional sessions are tied to your current level. They can't be transferred to another level or refunded if unused.
